Since its establishment, the company has placed great importance on building and developing the principles of scientific research to enhance its products. For this reason, the company has taken major steps to support this trend, which are as follows:
- Contracting with foreign experts who have expertise and experience in the field of sterile products in particular and the pharmaceutical industry in general.
- Recruiting a local staff with long experience in the field of pharmaceutical industries and holding specialized academic degrees in research and development in the pharmaceutical industries.
- Equipping laboratories specialized in scientific research and drug development with the latest equipment and methods.
- Allocating devices and machines for development and conducting the required experiments.
- Developing a documentation system based on scientific research and conforming to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) requirements.
The company places utmost importance on developing non-manufactured pharmaceutical brands in the Palestinian market, believing in its role in supplying the local market with locally manufactured products and providing medicines within the vision of achieving pharmaceutical security in Palestine.
The company also seeks, within its strategic plan, to allocate an independent building for the Research and Development department, out of its belief in the importance of research and development.
