Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) Solutions
The Alison Ampoule Filler Machine is designed to fill and pack liquid injection glass ampoules efficiently. This robust filler unit features a monobloc type design for an automatic ampoule filling process, ensuring that ampoules are packed immediately after filling to avoid contamination. The machine includes a nitrogen-flushing mechanism with both pre and post-flushing capabilities to maintain sterility.
Offering versatility, the machine can fill and seal ampoules ranging from 1ml to 20ml. Operating on a volumetric piston-ceramic pump principle, the device is capable of filling 10 to 250 ampoules per minute, combining precision with high-speed production.
