The Alison eye drop filler & capper machine is ideally suited for filling sterile plastic eye drop bottles. This compact machine boosts production output significantly. The filling mechanism employs SS 316 Peristaltic Pumps with nitrogen purging and a Class 100 Laminar Air Flow system to ensure sterility and precision.
All parameters related to the finished product's stability, such as filling volume and capping torque, are computerized. By implementing an authorized program design, we establish operator access control systems to prevent inappropriate machine operation and unacceptable parameter modifications.
Additionally, an automatic online checkweigher inspects the weight of each unit (100%). This system ensures that the weight of each bottle is within specified limits, automatically removing any bottles that do not meet these standards from the production line.
